REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

We offer Two Day refund and returns policy . If 3 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as skincare, HairCare,  food Items, flowers, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back without Confirmation.

 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment.

If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount. 

 

Refund Policy

 

In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 7 to 10 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.

 

The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.

 Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  1. All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  2. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  3. Originals receipts would need to be included
  4. If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised on 2 days of the delivery date.

2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 Kindly write a mail to us at [email protected] with the subject “Return/exchange with your order number” along with the photos if any. We will proceed with your request in 24-48 hrs.

 

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

 

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
