SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Weswadesi UAE, we Charge Standard Delivery Rate to Delivery within UAE. 

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed on working days (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

 

Deliveries

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your correct contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE IS 15 AED ON ORDERS BELOW 200 AED

 

Delivery Timelines

  • The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.
  • The standard Processing time is 1 to 2 business days.

 Only Pre-paid orders

Free standard shipping on all orders above AED 200. A charge of AED 15 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 200 free shipping threshold. All orders in UAE are delivered within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, excluding Fridays and major holidays.

Cash on delivery

Only PrePaid Orders no Cash on Delivery.

Holiday shipping information

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period 2 to 3 days + Public holiday period)
